If you are looking for passive or active recreation in Croatia, you have come to the right place!
VillaRosa Apartments are brand new, right by the sea, on the southern part of the island of Vir, which has lots of green (probably the best part of the island). We are located just across from the isalnd of Molat.
We offer 2 apartments which have direct access to the sea, and one studio.
The apartment:
55 m2 is size, on the 1st floor, nicely furbished, for up to 4-6 persons. The terrace (12 m2 in size) from the living room on the ground floor opens directly to the sea.
The studio:
16 m2 in size, on the ground floor, nicely furbished, for 2 persons (+ 1 child under 2). The terrace (10 m2 in size) opens directly to the sea, the garden of the house.
Parking possibility:
We have a parking lot in the courtyard, for up to 5 cars in total. This means 2 cars per apartment, and 1 car for the studio.

THE APARTMENTS ARE AIR-CONDITIONED.

Rates do not contain local tourist tax, the rate of which is 1 EURO/person/day (free of charge under the age of 12). Final cleaning, blankets and linen, use of water and electricity are included.
Weekly turns from Saturday to Saturday in the blue apartment, from Friday to Friday in the pink apartment. Check-in from 2 p.m. on arrival day, and check-out until 9 a.m. on departure day.
We require 30% deposit at the time of booking, the rest is to be paid up to 30 days prior to arrival.
