What you should know about the house:
This is a small, private house, to accommodate 4-6 persons. It has a small garden and a private parking lot as well. The house has air-conditioning.
There are two bedrooms in the house. There is a fold-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the toilet is inside the bathroom.
The house has two terraces. On is on the northern, the other is on the southern side, both facing the sea. There is a barbeque spot in the garden.
The beach is at the end of the street, and it is for the sole use of the people who reside in the street! Some parts of it are covered by sand, some by small pebbles. The water is crystal clear and it gets deep very gradually. It is about 50 meters away from the house.
Rates:
- pre- and post-season /May, June and September/
60-80 EIRO/day, depending on the number of persons
- high season: /July, August/
80-100 EURO/day, depending on the number of persons
- the rates do not contain the local tourist tax, which is 4 Kuna/person/day, to be paid on the island (except children)
We do not have a cleaning personnel, so you have to clean the house yourself, especially before you leave!
